Maritime Fair 2026 Brings Industry Stakeholders Together in Turku

Maritime Fair 2026 will take place on 29–30 October 2026 at Aboa Mare in Turku. The event brings together key maritime industry stakeholders — professionals, shipping companies, authorities, manufacturers, educators, students and service providers for two days of networking, building new partnerships, and exploring career and business opportunities.

Around 60 exhibitors are expected to attend, including most of Finland’s shipping companies. As many exhibitors will be represented by their HR and crewing personnel, maritime students will have an excellent opportunity to meet future employers and learn more about career opportunities.

A new feature for 2026 is speed networking, offering efficient encounters between students, industry professionals and companies.

Explore maritime innovations and career opportunities at the seminar

A two-day seminar on current topics will also be held in connection with Maritime Fair 2026. The first day will focus on students and career paths in the international maritime industry. The second day will cover innovations, digitalisation, smart ports, leadership, sustainability and current challenges facing the industry.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to join guided tours of Aboa Mare’s simulator department and experience the latest maritime simulation technology. This year, Aboa Mare has upgraded the Wärtsilä engine room simulator and introduced a new Kongsberg engine room simulator featuring a complete fuel system for methanol and battery-powered hybrid solutions. The bridge simulators have also been upgraded.

Exhibition stands still available — book now
