- Be prepared to optimize available resources
- Be able to lead and manage emergency situations better
- Training aims at the action in a crisis situation and managing people
- Big crowds require crisis management, which means awareness about how to manage a large number of people in a crisis situation
- Identify the signs of stress and its effects on human behaviour and performance
- Understand human behaviour in case of an emergency
- Understand the importance of preplanning and training of the crew
