Ensure You’re Fully Prepared to Manage Passenger Safety at Sea
Do you assist passengers during emergencies on board, but need a flexible way to complete the required crowd management training? Many passenger vessel crew members have safety responsibilities and limited time to attend classroom training.
Our new Passenger Ship Crowd Management Online course provides practical knowledge in understanding the ship’s emergency procedures, assisting passengers to muster and embarkation stations, communication and emergency response, and crowd management techniques.
This course is ideal for crew members on passenger vessels who assist passengers in emergency situations and want a flexible, compliant way to complete their training.
The training is delivered as a fully online course (approx. 4 hours) and covers the mandatory minimum requirements set by STCW A-V/2.3 and table A-V/2-1. You can study at your own pace, wherever you are.
